Are You Grant Ready?
At Grants For You, we work with nonprofits across the country who are ready to take grant funding seriously. Here’s what we’ve learned:
Most nonprofits have the passion and a great mission but fail to win grants because they’re not ready.
The more successful nonprofits believe “business first, mission second”. The path to becoming fundable requires structure, clarity, and financial transparency to truly best fulfill their mission.
That’s why we focus on organizations that meet these seven criteria:
The 7 Signs of a Grant-Ready Nonprofit
- Has a custom domain email and a professional website
- Displays a credible logo and brand presence
- Maintains three or more active social media accounts
- Uses a financial management tool, bookkeeper, or CPA
- Has a documented budget or financial forecast
- Knows how grant funds will be used, tracked, and reported
- Is actively running or preparing to launch a fundable program
If your nonprofit meets these standards—you’re fundable.
What We Do (and Don’t Do)
- We don’t write grants for everyone.
- We don’t promise funding.
- We don’t coach nonprofits from zero.
Why This Matters
We believe grant funding should support organizations equipped to use it well. Being grant-ready is a sign of being capable of serving the needs of others.
By working with nonprofits that are structured and strategic, we’re able to focus on what matters most: helping them access aligned funders, submit strong proposals, and expand their mission-driven impact.
When readiness meets opportunity, powerful things happen. That’s the space we operate in—serving organizations who are prepared to grow and ready to take the next step.
